Getting Started

Punguzo is a mobile-first sales platform that allows businesses to sell directly within mobile money apps like M-Pesa. It offers an affordable, reliable way for merchants to reach thousands of customers and get paid instantly.
Any business—small or large—can use Punguzo. Whether you’re a shop owner, wholesaler, or service provider, Punguzo makes it easy to list products and reach customers inside mobile money apps.
No setup fees and no monthly charges. Punguzo only takes a small commission per transaction (5%) that you only pay when your item sells.

Using Punguzo

You can upload your products through the Merchant mobile app or using our web based merchant dashboard. Simply add product name, image, price, and stock quantity. Categories and tags help you get discovered by customers.
All payments are processed via mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa). Once a customer pays, the amount is instantly transferred to your business account or mobile wallet.
Yes, merchants can view and manage orders in real-time via the merchant dashboard. You can track status, update inventory, and view customer details.

Make sure your product is marked as active and has sufficient stock. Also, ensure that pricing and category information is filled correctly using the Merchant mobile app or using our web based merchant dashboard. If the issue persists, contact support.
Log into your merchant dashboard or Merchant app, go to your profile settings, and edit your store name, contact info, or payment details. For sensitive changes like mobile money number updates, verification may be required.
