How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

If you wish to have your personal data deleted from Punguzo's systems, please send an email request to privacy@punguzo.com from the email address or phone number associated with your account.

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your registered phone number or email address
• A clear statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 14 business days, unless legal or regulatory obligations require us to retain certain information.
